The Anglaise Riche-type case with five bevelled glass panels, with push/repeat, Corinthian fluted uprights, the underside of the base with selector for the moonphase adjustment and strike mode, the circular 2 1/4in white enamel dial with blued steel hands and moon aperture at VI o’clock, within a matt gilt mask with three subsidiaries below for day of the week, alarm and date, the twin train movement with original silvered platform lever escapement with cut bi-metallic balance, calendar and alarm setting squares and striking and repeating the hours on two blued steel gongs
