Condition report:
Some old worm in areas, shrinkage in areas, notably to the shaft and base (worm - see images). A chunk of timber lacking from the top of the support. Marks / shadow to the underside of top - as can been seen from the image. The cruciform base is slightly loose. General inevitable scuffs, scratches, dents, small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age.
