The 12 inch dial with faded signature, fusee movement with anchor escapement, 58 cm high


Condition report: 

Case

With inevitable scuffs, scratches, shrinkage cracks and small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age.

A small section of the moulded frame at 3 o’clock missing. 

Horizontal shrinkage visible below the brass inlay. 

Missing escutcheon from the hinged door at the bottom front. 

The clock does detached from the back case, and is pegged, but these pegs have not been removed. 

The dial

Various scuffs, marks and chips to the paintwork and rubbing to the numerals. Some putty is loose around the glass frame. 

Rubbing to the letters. 

The movement

The pendulum is present, no winding key.
