Not sure what green gemstones are. Instinct is that they are not paste. They may be replacements, look a bit gappy around the edge.
length of one green stone 6.7mm x width 4.2mm
Refractive index reading 1.74,
The diamonds are old cut stones, one at the side has a surface reaching inclusion, reasonably white, not well matched
