Overall in good decorative order. 

A repaired break to the join of one arm. 

Inevitable scuffs, scratches, dents, small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age to the frames. 

The leather, as can be even from the images with wear to the edges and exposed areas. 

There is no obvious or apparent maker’s mark to the chairs.
