Condition report:
Overall, scuffs and scratches to the exterior, with a few chips and loss to the brass stringing and veneer to the right corner side of the box.
The interior: velvet lining is torn from the second half of the writing surface, which fits into the inside of the hinged lid. A veneer chip to the interior. Ink pot lid dented and silvered ink pot lid worn off and dented. Missing a second pot.
Two keys, which fit but do not turn.
