Condition report:
The case in good condition with some scuffs, scratches and minor shrinkage to veneers as to be expected with age and use. Some tarnishing to metal work. The door with later catch and escutcheon.
The dial with discoloured patches to the painted surface which are possibly repainted areas that have not weathered consistently. Some refreshment to the makers' name and London, and around the winding holes. Some of the paintwork is flaking.
The side grills with replacement green silk backing.
The working of order of the movement has not been checked and there is no guarantee of it's working functionality.
