Lot 1823

AN 18CT GOLD, CHAMPAGNE COLOURED DIAMOND AND DIAMOND CLUSTER RING

Claw set with a circular cut champagne coloured diamond in a surround of ten circular cut diamonds, London 1981, ring size N, gross weight 2.6 gms, with a case

Estimate: £500 - £700
Bidding ended. Lot is unsold.

The champagne coloured diamond has internal gletz inclusions, the surrounding diamonds look to be attractive white stones, however the ring is extremely dirty and it is hard to examine the surrounding diamonds.  Ring would benefit from careful professional cleaning and then would look much more attractive that it is currently.

Claws are in good condition, ring is in fairly good condition, size of top of ring, diameter 9.8mm, diameter of champagne coloured diamond 4.5mm.

Surrounding diamonds do not look to be chipped and no apparent surface reaching inclusions

Case a little worn to the velvet within, catch does not close properly
