The ring mount is very worn, particularly underneath where it has been in contact with other rings. It is also very dirty and would benefit from careful professional cleaning. The silver settings of the diamonds are rather rubbed and note one diamond is missing. The surface of the cabochon sapphire has a few scratches and nicks. Size of sapphire diameter 7.5mm, depth 3.4mm, diameter of top of ring 12.5mm
