Each piece painted in the centre with the floral initials `AMG' on a ground scattered with flowers sprays and sprigs, comprising; twelve teacups, twelve saucers, eleven side plates and four dessert plates, cancelled blue crossed swords mark ( 39). Provenance: The service was made for Dame Alice Mary Godman ( 1868-1944)
