The ends of the sails are corroded and an attachment needs to be made for the sails to rotate on the projecting rotating arm.
Paint work overall flaking and with many losses overall.
General wear and weathering over, with subsequent losses, in particular loss to the roofing and section of timber hanging on to remaining asphalt.
