Hand-coloured engraved map, Royal coat-of-arms, inset bird's-eye-view of Oxford, 18 college coats-of-arms in the borders, "A Scale of Myles" with a globe flanked by two academic figures in gowns, English text on the verso with hand-coloured initial (some very light staining at the centrefold, inconspicuous repairs to the centrefold on the verso), 385 x 525mm., framed and glazed.
