"Edinburg" [sic]: "At the Apollo Press, by the Martins," 1782. 14 volumes, 12mo (127 x 80mm). Engraved portrait of the author in vol. I, additional engraved titles (engraved title of vol. XIII adhering to the adjacent leaf with severe loss, some light spotting and staining). Contemporary diced calf (joints split, with some leaves loose, heavily rubbed). Provenance: armorial bookplate with indistinct signature ("Wm. [?]Everett") dated 1814; "Library, Chase Side House" (old labels); "Wainewright" (modern signatures on the front free endpapers).
