Original black cloth with skull design stamped in blind and with gold coins as eyes, the spine lettered in gilt, dust-jacket designed by Richard Chopping with price of $3.00 unclipped (jacket with some fraying at head and foot of backstrip). Please note that the dust-jacket has been photographed in its protective acetate wrapper which we have not removed to avoid damaging it. FIRST AMERICAN EDITION.
