Original tan pictorial wrappers with wraparound illustration by the author of a recumbent patient being worked on by three surgeons, with printed signature "BUK". Provenance: from the Collection of David Kotthoff. FIRST EDITION. The imprint on the verso of the title page states, "Limited Edition of no more than 400 copies." "In March, 1966, Bukowski went into hospital to have his haemorrhoids removed. He took time off work afterwards and wrote a hilarious account of the operation, All the Assholes in the World and Mine, which was published by Douglas Blazek" (Sounes, Howard, Charles Bukowski.
