Contemporary green half morocco gilt, gilt edges (extremities rubbed, some staining). Provenance: FROM THE COLLECTION OF THE DUKE & DUCHESS OF WINDSOR (Sotheby's sale, 1997, with sale bookplate). With C. T. Atkinson's The South Wales Borderers 24th Foot 1689-1937 (Cambridge, "Printed for the Regimental History Committee at the University Press", 1937, 4to, plates, illustrations, maps and charts, original green morocco gilt, FROM THE COLLECTION OF THE DUKE & DUCHESS OF WINDSOR (Sotheby's sale, 1997, with sale bookplate and with "La Cröe" and small Royal Ducal crest labels on the front pastedown).
