Original dark blue leatherette, spine lettered in silver, slipcase (a few very small patches of rubbing to the head and foot of spine). "COLLECTORS' EDITION." NUMBER 88 OF 100 COPIES SIGNED BY THE CONTRIBUTORS NELSON MANDELA, DESMOND TUTU, WALTER SISULU, AHMED KATHRADA, GOVAN MBEKI, BILLY NAIR, EDDIE DANIELS, TOIVO YA TOIVO AND MAC MAHARAJ. Joel Goodman Joffe (1932-2017) was a revered South African-born British lawyer, Labour Peer and human rights activist. He acted for Nelson Mandela and the leadership of the A.N.C. at the infamous Rivonia Trial of 1961-62 which led to Mandela's incarceration.
