Uxbridge: "Printed and Sold by William Lake, for the Authors," 1818. 8vo (222 x 135mm). Folding facsimile of "Basset's Grant to the Town of Uxbridge", 11 plates including 7 aquatints, illustrations, including one included in the "List of Plates and Cuts" (the first leaf of contents misbound before "List of subscribers", some mainly marginal spotting and staining). Contemporary roan-backed paper boards (edges rubbed, scuffed). FIRST EDITION. Lowndes 2065; not in Abbey Travel or Prideaux. A reprint appeared in 1885. RARE.
