Condition Report: Miracle on 34th Street - The dust jacket is worn at the edges and corners. There is a slight tear to the top and bottom of the jacket at the spine - missing approx 1cm. There is some slight wear to the top and bottom of the spine and some yellowing to the edges of the pages - consistent with age. Please see additional images.
