The skirt, Late 19th /Early 20th Century
With red and blue silk background, panels of gilt stitching on ivory coloured panels, 82cm high; Together with the runner detailing a trailing foliage and animals perched in branches, embroidered in silks and wools, with gilt thread, the longer panel 167cm long; 31cm high; and a smaller similar panel

Condition report:

The silk skirt with various losses along the edge, possibly where the moth has been but also probably were an embroidered section along the hem has been removed. 

There are some other areas of loss and fraying where the moth has possibly been. 

General wear and tear commensurate with use and age.
