Condition report:
A crack to the top of the shade.
General varnish discolouration in areas, some to the metal and some of the wood, possibly from damp/cold conditions. The socle base below the upright with a repaired crack. The electrical wiring will need to be PAT tested. Dirt and dust commensurate with age and use.
