A GEORGE III GILT FRAMED HO-HO BIRD CARVED SHAPED RECTANGULAR MIRROR

Condition report: 

Various old repairs to the frame, losses and chips, including to to the top of the frame where it would be typical to expected more decorative motifs; wings repaired and other smaller areas, see extra images. 

Back board replaced and mirror plate looks to be later, see extra images. The plate with some with some spots of oxidization. 

Various chips and flakes to the gilding, notably to the birds which have some gilding more recently refreshed in areas. Generally the gilding looks later with a loss of definition to areas.
