With painted terracotta heads and hands, clothed in various fabrics, on ebonised bases, the tallest with inset glass eyes, 40cm high

Both men have glass eyes - see images. 

The shorter man with missing nose, coloured over. Various missing fingers and worm damage to ankles and feet - later base. See images. 

The taller figure with wear, minor worm to foot. Also later base. Wear and losses to closes - thread frayed over his arm. Missing several finger tips. 

The woman possibly later with painted eyes. Worn and frayed materials. See images.
