Condition report: 

Overall, in good condition. 

Inevitable cracks and some losses to the gesso scrolling acanthus decoration with some later gilt paint to conceal losses. Some losses to the tips of  the curling branches. 

Scuffs and rubbing to the gilding of the platforms. 

A few old worm holes visible to the back. 

Later softboard back boards 

Mirror plates old with some grizzling to the silvering, possibly replacements. 

Both with labels to the reverse. 

General dirt and some discolouration commensurate with use and age.
