The ring is very dirty, it is difficult to tell with complete certainty, what all of the red gems are. The majority appear to be rubies. The ring is detailed '18ct'. The moonstone is a bit rubbed and scratched, otherwise quite good condition =. Ring would benefit from professional cleaning.
