Condition report: detachable clapper is of fairly crude cast form and bent at the top. The bell has slight signs of wear. What looks like a casting flaw at the back is in fact a mark designed as a small axe. The other three marks include a ‘Y’ the other two marks are not discernible. Inscription is underneath. There is evidence of hand hammering inside the bell towards the top which can also be seen from the outside.
