The glass body etched with foliate sprays, the applied mounts with scroll and foliate decoration, the top mount import mark London 1899, the base mount bearing Sheffield part marks, height 33cm, maker Levesley Brothers (Thomas Levesley)

Condition report: the is a slight wobble to the foot. Hinge lid wobbly. Small dent to spout. Slight wear to high points of mounts. One or two dents to the outside of the hollow handle. Tiny dent by hallmark on foot. Slight distortion to the lip on the inside. The body of the glass is in good condition. One small top of leaf of the lower part of the mount is missing.
