A CAMPAIGN STYLE BRASS BOUND MAHOGANY CHEST

Condition report: 

Leather writing surface to the top, with various small holes and scuffs. Also a slight bloom to the left side of top where the varnish must have slightly discoloured or it is a water mark, and further crackling to the surface of the varnish in areas. 

Some tarnishing to the metal work, notably the top corner mounts. 

Further scratches and scuffs, notably one to the timber of the top and the odd chips and scuff to the corners and extremities, as to be expected with use and age. Please see additional images on www.bellmans.co.uk. 

Late 20th century. Would benefit from a repolish - leather top slightly marked. Structurally sound
