Coaster 1. Old split to interior of wooden base, which shows through to the underside, hallmark rather rubbed, virtually illegible, old engraved monogram, definition of detail of decoration is a little weak, two possible resoldering repairs to the pierced starform motifs, velvet underneath, perished to both coasters
Coaster 2. Wooden base in good condition, the turning to the wood looks slightly wider in one coaster than the other, the hallmark is very rubbed, virtually illegible. Two or three possible repairs to the pierced star form motifs
Otherwise condition commensurate with age.
