Canvas has been relined. Abrasions to upper edge of original canvas. Minor scattered inconsistencies to canvas, typical for a work of this age. Traces of uneven varnish, upper left and areas of bloom. Ultraviolet reveals traces of retouching along the upper border and in the upper right corner.
