The chairs are probably satinbirch with a line inlay.
A few inevitable scuffs, scratches, dents, small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age. Including a minor shrinkage crack to the inside of one arm - see image.
Re upholstered at some point. Some f the trim is loose. Dirt and dust. Generally in quite good condition considering age.
Structure relatively solid and secure.
