Many losses and worn through threads with patches of loss.
Many areas are repaired and restitched back and with later wools.
The edge of the drapery to the elderly figure, depicting an Old Testament figure, is woven to simulate embroidery using some silks and metallic threads. Much of this has been reworked and repaired.
