Reduced and cut down; originally probably with larger border. 

The top left corner and side with associated sections, running the full height, including the back of the horseman, horse’s tail and leg, and arm of fallen solider. The right corners with associated sections stitched on going approx mid way down the side. 

Various other restitching and repairs in many areas and patch repairs, including the tip of the sword at the top and a small patch in the middle. 

Numerous holes and areas of wear and loss.

Border later and faded, worn and with holes.

General fading overall.
