Condition report:
There appears to be some minor paint loss to the hair when viewed under 10x magnification, otherwise it appears to be ok with no sign of restoration under UV light, there is a fair bit of dust and dirt beneath the glass, the glass has a few deep scratches and numerous fine scratches, numerous chips and surface reaching fractures to the old cut diamonds, one of the diamonds has a pink hue at approx 9 o'clock, some chips to the red enamel border between 4 and 7 o'clock, reverse appears to be in good condition with a few strands of hair out of place.
