A VICTORIAN GOLD AND SILVER SET DIAMOND THREE STONE RING

Claw set with a row of cushion shaped diamonds and with the principle diamond mounted at the centre, otherwise further set with eight rose cut diamonds, the shank unmarked but with traces of inscription and initials including 'Oct r 188?', ring size J and a half, gross weight 3.5 gms

Principal diamond approx 6.5 mm x 4.4 mm, with card gauge approx 0.85 ct, smaller diamonds approx 5 mm x 3 mm, with card gauge approx 0.45 ct,  difficult to measure because of setting. Diamonds look to be attractive white stones, with only one or two pique inclusions, ring currently rather dirty and would benefit from professional cleaning.  Size of top of ring length from diamond to diamond 15.6 mm

One of the side diamonds has a few pique inclusions with a loop and one pique on the main diamond, cannot see with naked eye
