We can confirm that the stone is agate and not glass.
Size of stone 2.1cm x 1.8cm. The intaglio is in good condition, there is lettering below the bust, looks as though it is BURCH.INV.T, minor abrasion to the inner edge at the back, this item is a Georgian fob seal, later converted to a ring, the intaglio portrait is in good condition, with one or two tiny chips around the edge of the hair.
