The ring is rather dirty and would benefit from careful professional cleaning. The ring is otherwise in good condition, the aquamarine is of medium colour saturation, the diamond shoulders look to be attractive clear white stones, one small facet cutting error on one of the diamond shoulder stones, this is on the table facet corner.
There is a chip to the girdle edge at one corner next to the claw and a few small nibbles to one side (visible only under 10x magnification), the stone is rather loose in its setting and requires tightening.
