The drum-shaped case surmounted by an outstretched eagle, above the skeltonised dial, with blued steel Breguet moon hands, with an ormolu-cast chapter ring and outer lappet cast bezel, flanked to each side by a seated maiden holding and reading a book, the lefthand book engraved VB / Fecit No. 25 / Grafton Street / SOHO, the drum-shaped chain fusée movement with anchor escapement
