The domed pediment with an urn surmount on tripod base, above foliate swags suspended from rams’ masks, the 6 1/2in ormolu and enamel dial with blued steel hands and convex glass, between projecting handles, the bases with winged caryatids, with glazed panels, on scrolled feet and shaped stepped base, with foliate cast feet,  the square shaped movement, stamped by the maker, striking the hour and half on a bell and with sunburst pendulum bob

CONDITION REPORT

With pendulum and key.  The case has been restored fairly recently.  The gilding is clean.  Some stabilisation to the tortoiseshell veneers in places.  There is no lifting to the cut brass inlays.
