The rectangular case with a gilt cast carrying handle, above a glass panel, the front and sides inlaid with a foliate design, on a plinth base, with 3 1/4in circular white enamel dial (restored), signed and with pierced blued steel hands, the drum-shaped movement signed no. 16741, with silk suspension and countwheel strike on a bell, with lift-out rear door

With a pendulum and key. As stated, the dial has been restored. The movement is capable of functioning but requires a service.
