The case engraved all over, with a baluster handle above the top rectangular glazed panel, above an engraved dial mask and signed circular white enamel dial, with alarm subsidiary below, the twin train movement with original gilt platform cylinder escapement, striking the hour on a bell, with lift-out engraved gilt brass rear door, with shuttered winding and setting holes

CONDITION REPORT

The clock ticks.  It does strike but only once at the hour as the rack seems sticky?  The movement would benefit from a clean and service.  The top glass is damaged on its back edge and the right glass panel is chipped in both lower corners.
