The arched 12in dial with seconds subsidiary in the arch, flanked by two further sector subsidiaries, above the chapter ring enclosing date aperture and signature aperture, blued steel hands, with further day of the week aperture above the VI, with unusual six-pillar movement with arched and raised plates for the anchor escapement and extended contrate wheel, the bell set in the same plane as the plates
