Additional engraved title, title printed in red and black with woodcut ornament, initials (some light spotting and staining, mainly to upper margins). Contemporary full vellum, the covers each with a large deeply-embossed gilt figure of Minerva with a shield bearing the device of The Hague captioned "Hagæ comitis", the covers with gilt ruled borders and foliate ornaments to the corners, the spine gilt with a red morocco lettering-piece (lightly stained, the covers with small holes for silk ties which are lacking, some minor erosion to the foot of the spine, chip to the top edge of the lettering-piece).
