The second impression, with Additions and Amendments [The Second Part. Occasioned by Two Letters]. London: Printed by J. D. for the Assigns of John Calvin and Theodore Beza [second part: Printed for Nathaniel Ponder], 1672-73. 3 parts bound in 2 volumes including "A Common-place-Book Out of the Rehearsal Transpos'd" (London, Henry Brome, 1673, 56-pages, separately paginated) bound in at the end of the first part, 8vo (first vol.: 155 x 100mm; second vol.: 168 x 100mm). Contemporary calf (very worn, covers detached, with some leaves detached). Provenance: "Sr. R. M." (old initials at head of titles); some old marginal highlighting to text. A printed note on the leaf before the title of the second part states "Reproof p. 67. If you have any thing to object against it, do your worst. You know the Press is open."
