Contemporary calf (very worn, covers detached, with some leaves detached). Provenance: "Sr. R. M." (old initials at head of titles); some old marginal highlighting to text. A printed note on the leaf before the title of the second part states "Reproof p. 67. If you have any thing to object against it, do your worst. You know the Press is open."
