Half title, engraved frontispiece by Le Bas, woodcut printer's device on title, initials and headpieces, 7 engraved plates by Le Bas after Oudry, 42-pages with musical notation, "Approbation" leaf at the end (text quite heavily offset onto one plate, some mainly marginal spotting, staining and browning). Contemporary calf, spine gilt in compartments with red morocco lettering-piece (extremities lightly rubbed).
