Slight evidence of a beaten finish from when originally made, a few minor surface nicks and scratches to the body, dent to the rim of the cover, resulting in slight distortion, some signs of wear within, probably caused by use with a spoon, rim to bowl slightly distorted, cover has to be precisely positioned in order to close, feels heavy gauge in the hand and of good quality
