This probably dates more generally into the 20th Century, probably late 20th Century.
The quality of the casting to the column is relatively good and a lacquer applied to the surface. Some tarnishing in areas.
There are a few chips and scuffs in areas, notably to the plinth base, which has been exposed to the most wear and there are quite a few chips to extremities. See images.
The column appears to sit relatively evenly although the floor surface is a little uneven in places. The column shaft itself is a little rough in areas but no obvious massive chips.
