Condition report: 

Please note this model was probably cast at some point in the 20th Century. General oxidisation as to be expected and general inevitable scuffs and  overall weathered and worn paint work commensurate with wear, use and age. The drip tray with a more complete painted surface. 

The rope which forms the rail to hold the walking sticks/umbrellas is loose and requires tightening.
