Condition report; minor scratches and wearing to the arms and leather, the lever works well the chair goes up and down, it also spins all the way around, the wheels rolls well. When the chair is down from the floor to the seat is 43cm, when it’s up the seat to the floor is 51cm. Overall very good condition.
